Class 1
Opening the dream journey ceremony
In Class 1, we’ll open with a ceremony to unify body and spirit in order to connect with Makihaunu: the path connecting the spirit and material world, the space where we dream.

Class 2
Sapara cosmovision, dream origin story
The Sapara Nation carry a rich oral history. In our second class, Manari will share the Sapara origin story to understand where dreams come from and why we need that connection between physical and spirit.

Class 3
immediate dreams and communal dreams
In Class 3, we will review the first two types of dreams. Immediate Dreams are the most common dreams and reveal what will happen the following day. Community Dreams reveals what will unfold over the next 15 days, specifically as it relates to family, friends, work, and community. Manari will share practices and rituals for remembering dreams.
Class 4
Conflict dreams and life cycle dreams
In Class 4, we’ll dive into the third and fourth types of dreams. Conflict Dreams let us know about potential conflicts or challenges we may face in the next 3 - 6 months. Life Cycle Dreams let us know about a change in life cycle that may happen with a loved one in the next year. These two types of dreams are much less common but incredibly important to pay attention to as the body and spirit need time to prepare for the changes that are coming.
Class 5
When will my dream manifest?
In Class 5, we’ll begin understanding when the dream will manifest. A few group members will share a dream and we’ll practice categorizing this dream.
Class 6
What does my dream mean?
In Class 6, we will begin to practice how to understand the messages of dreams. A few group members will share a dream and group members will practice analyzing this dream. Manari will expand on the interpretation and explain the meaning of the details of the dreams.

Dream Interpretations Continued
In Class 7, we’ll continue practicing dream interpretation and categorization. This will also be a highly interactive class. Get Manari’s personal insights and feedback on your dreams and interpretations.

Q&A with Manari and Closing Ceremony
In our final class, Manari will guide the group through a final longer ceremony and share a closing message about relating to the spirit world & our well being.

WELCOME CALL ON WEDNESDAY, June 1st
Join program director, Jessica Scheer at 9:30am / PST 12:30pm EST for your Dream World orientation call. You get a chance to meet your fellow dreamers from around the world, learn how to make the most out of the program whether you participate live or via the recordings and learn Jess’ personal tips and tricks for creating your own unique dream ritual.
8 Live Classes with Manari Ushigua
We’ll meet for 8 live classes on Zoom beginning on Thursday, June 2nd. We’ll gather Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30am PST / 12:30pm EST / 6:30pm CET. Each class will begin with a ceremony, followed by teaching and time for Q&A. All calls will be delivered in Spanish and translated to English by Florencia Fridman, co-founder of Cacao Lab.
Ceremonies, Interpretations and Q&A
Each class will begin with a ceremony led by Manari to center ourselves and open the space to connect to the spirit world. We’ll end each class with Q&A to give you space to ask Manari your questions. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to ask Manari your questions and have your dreams interpreted during the examples on the calls. This has been a favorite for past participants.

Meet your guide Manari Ushigua
Manari Ushigua is a traditional healer and leader of the Sapara Nation in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
Manari was named one of the 100 Latinos 2021 committed to climate action. Manari has been a key figure in the indigenous movement of his country as the Vice President of CONAIE (The National Indigenous Organization of Ecuador) from 2013-2016, and as the President of the Sapara Indigenous Federation from 1999 to 2012. He’s participated in international events, like COP21 UN Climate Summit and the UN Universal Periodic Review of human rights, raising awareness about the threat to his homeland.
Manari is the co-founder of the Naku Center in Sapara territory, creating a new economic model in the Amazon that is based around cultural and forest preservation.

Dream World is a live program led by Manari on Zoom. Each session is recorded and the recording will be made available on the program page within 24 hours for those who can't participate live.

Our live classes happen on Tuesdays & Thursdays for 4 weeks starting on Thursday June 2nd at 9:30am PST / 11:30am CST & Ecuador/ 12:30pm EST / 6:30pm CET.
Our orientation call will be held on Wednesday June 1st at the same time.

Yes, definitely. Manari will share exercises that you can do to prepare your mind and body for dreaming. The ceremonies in each class as well as the content will support this process. Participants continue to share their feedback that they could not remember their dreams before joining the course & remember them easily by the end of the 4 week program.

Yes! All of the sessions are recorded and both the video and audio recordings will be available on the private program page within 24 hours of the session. Many students participate fully via the program recordings due to time zone, prior commitments or personal preferences. The recording experience is just as powerful!

Each class will be between 75-90 minutes.

Manari delivers the program in Spanish and Florencia Fridman translates. We have participants who are bilingual and many who only speak English. Whether you are a native Spanish or English speaker, you are invited to join us!

How this program came to be:
In the beginning of the pandemic, Manari began offering virtual weekly ceremonies and workshops for our global community with the support of Jessica Scheer & Florencia Fridman. The dream interpretation workshops quickly became the favorite lecture. We began receiving requests from the community for a course that would go deeper into the dream world. We listened, and the Dream World program launched in August 2020. Since then, we’ve had over 750 people participate in the program from India, Dubai, Chile, Switzerland, US Virgin Islands, all over the US & Canada, and many more countries!
Jessica Scheer, our program director, is an online business strategist, supporting leaders with a powerful vision for the world to bring their message to the masses.
Florencia Fridman, who supports in translation and facilitation, is a self-empowerment artist working with heart opening therapies involving Ceremonial Grade Cacao, yoga, sound journeys, and breath as instruments for transformation.
