INTRODUCING

*BRAND NEW*

3 DAY COURSE

WITH MANARI USHIGUA

WEDNESDAY MARCH 27 - FRIDAY MARCH 29

Activate the healer within and understand how to work with tobacco to cleanse mind, body, and spirit, align your emotions, and support others in their healing journey.

Get ready for a journey like no other as we bridge the gap between modern and ancient traditions, for the healing of the collective and the Earth.

For the first time ever, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from Manari Ushigua, leader of the Sapara Nation, on how to work with one of the most sacred plants in the Amazon Rainforest: tobacco.

The intention of this offering is to build and unite a community of healers and ceremony leaders dedicated to making a difference in the world. By tapping into the power of tobacco, you'll open doors to the spirit world, gaining insights crucial for healing our collective and protecting the Amazon.

Through The Spirit of Tobacco, you'll continue to open your life's path and deepen your medicine and service to help heal the collective.

Get ready to dive deep into the wisdom of the forest, deepen your connection to nature, and amplify your impact on the world. Let's come together, share our vision for the new earth, and plant the seeds of change, activating the healer within.

What you’ll learn:

Our intimate group will meet over the course of three days with Manari Ushigua (March 27-March 29). All sessions will be recorded and emailed out at the end of each day. Each session will be 1.5 - 2hrs long.

DAY 1: The History of Tobacco

Manari will lead you through a powerful ceremony to connect with the world of spirit and to connect to the spirit of Tobacco (jauneka). You will listen to the story of how the Sapara Nation has used this plant for centuries to commune with the spirit world and how they have used this plant for the healing of mind, body, and spirit.

DAY 2: How to use Tobacco

Manari will dive into the most common types of tobacco (liquid, hapeh, and smoked tobacco) and how to use each type to support you or those you will be working with on their healing journey and how to connect to the wisdom of the jungle.

You’ll learn:

  • The different types of Tobacco and how to use each one

  • How to use Tobacco for cleanses

  • How to use chonta, a plant native to the Amazon, in connection to Tobacco to cleanse the body

DAY 3: The Tobacco dieta

The term ‘dieta’ refers to a practice within the indigenous healing traditions of the Amazon Rainforest that a healer, shaman, or curandero, use to build relationships with plant spirits.

Manari will share with you the history of the tobacco dieta, how to prepare for the tobacco dieta, how to do the tobacco dieta, and how to carry out the integration process. You will learn how to communicate with the Spirit of Tobacco and gain the tools necessary to maintain your relationship to the Spirit of Tobacco, much like the relationships people have with each other.
